My Favorite Walks

The Bronx Riverdale/Spuyten Duyvil: Enjoy the Hudson River views from Wave Hill, stroll past baronial mansions from mid-century modern masterpieces to the classic 1742  colonial gem - The Van Cortlandt House.

The Bronx Fordham area:  This neigborhood includes the festive Little Italy of Arthur Avenue along with NYC's only fresh water river flowing through both the world class Bronx zoo and the magnificent NY Botanical Garden.

         Meanwhile, back in Manhattan/Brooklyn......

Tribeca to Chelsea: explore the High Line Park and Chelsea Market, see where Bob Dylan lived, walk Washington Square Park and delight in the grand cast-iron structures of SoHo and Tribeca.

Lower Manhattan to Brooklyn Heights: walk that majestic Brooklyn Bridge, enjoy views of Manhattan, indulge in the food hall of the Time Out Market, take in the Gilded Age townhouses of the Heights.
